The main SYNQ AI plan — that's what's on the main page. You configure the AI agent yourself: assemble it from templates, through a conversation with our onboarding agent; connect ready-made integrations, add tables, plug in your CRM. No code, no developers — but you do it yourself.
Enterprise — it's a separate project. Our team designs a solution for your business, writes custom integrations, trains the agent on complex scenarios, deploys data on your server, and builds a turnkey CRM with the logic you need. We assemble the knowledge base ourselves, connect integrations ourselves, do everything ourselves — from you we only need access and answers to questions.

Depends on complexity: one external service and 20 services — closer to 4 weeks; three integrations, AI calls, on-prem — closer to 8. On the first call the architect gives a specific timeline for your project. We can meet as early as this week.
Yes, we can deploy an open-source AI model (Llama, Mistral, or another) directly on your server — your data never leaves your premises. Banks and healthcare companies often choose this option.
But honestly: we don't recommend this path by default. AI models get updated very fast, and SYNQ AI automatically tunes itself to each new release. On your own hardware these updates mean extra manual work — extra time and money. If it's critical that data never leaves your perimeter — we'll do it. If not — better let us handle the updates.
A dedicated chat with our team (Telegram / Slack), urgent issues handled first, and a guaranteed response time written into the contract — from 15 minutes in business hours up to round-the-clock 24/7, depending on the agreement.

Yes, and it's a common path. Many clients start on the main plan to quickly validate a hypothesis, then — as they scale — move to Enterprise. All conversation history, agent settings, and knowledge base migrate without loss.
Part of the platform functionality remains available in Enterprise as the foundation, and on top we build custom integrations and multimodal features.
That's fine, and it costs you nothing. The first call and the estimate are free. If after the evaluation the timeline, budget, or scope doesn't fit — we part ways without questions.
Sometimes on the first call we honestly say: «for your task, the main plan is enough, you don't need Enterprise». That's also fine.
Yes. Before the first call we can sign an NDA — our template or yours. Before work begins we sign a DPA (Data Processing Agreement) detailing what data is processed and how.
All cases we publish on the site are approved by the clients. The rest — we don't show.
Any language — no restrictions. The agent automatically detects the client's language from the first message and responds in it. The most common languages (Russian, English, Indonesian, Ukrainian) are set up out of the box; on request we connect any other — Spanish, German, Chinese, Arabic, Turkish, whatever you need.
